If your hearing aid needs a completely new shell ( the custom piece that fits your ear) the price is $275 including shipping. This includes any repairs the electronic components may need, and a twelve month warranty covering component failure.
If the shell needs a simple repair due to a crack or break, it will be the standard repair charge of $175. This also includes any electronic repairs needed and a twelve month warranty. The only time we cannot repair a broken shell is if it is in many pieces, there is a large piece or several pieces missing, or it is a special soft material. Also, depending on the extent of the damage, there may be an additional $50 to replace the faceplate.
