Bob Bare – Chief Executive Officer, PR Director
I have spent 25 years as a hearing health care professional, and was an active electronics technician and enthusiast for many years prior to that.
My interest in hearing impairment and hearing aids began as a child, growing up with a father with a severe noise induced hearing loss.
I worked for one of the world's largest manufacturers of hearing aids as a difficult fittings specialist for a number of years, before founding my own hearing aid repair laboratory in 1989.
Taylor Bare – Chief Technical Officer
I am the son of Hearing Haven's CEO, Bob Bare, so I been involved with technology since I was a child and have grown up in the hearing aid industry.
I head up the IT department and I am the "go to guy" for most technical questions.
I am married to a beautiful wife, who also works at Hearing Haven, and we have 3 wonderful children. In my spare time I enjoy astronomy and playing the bass guitar.
TC Dominguez – Chief Support Officer
As the Customer Support Manager at Hearing Haven, my priority is to ensure that our customers (local and internet) receive the utmost attention to their hearing impairment needs. I also make sure to effectively follow through on issues, requests, and problems by making immediate decisions and/or seeking guidance from other members of management.
I have over 14 years experience in the hearing aid industry, which began when I was employed by one of the largest hearing aid manufacturers in the world.
I was born and raised in Dallas, TX and currently reside here with my husband of 14 years and 3 sons. Feel free to call me if you have any questions!
Odell Stunkard – Chief Financial Officer
I came to Hearing Haven with twenty-five years management experience in finance, sales, marketing and controls throughout the service industries.
I have operated in accounting and controls in everything from church boards to retail operations, service contractors, and telecommunications.
I am currently attending Miracle Corner Faith School through International Bible Institute, serve in ministry with my church, serve on the board of directors as CFO of New Perceptions in Hearing, and CFO of Hearing Haven LLC.
Phil Turley – Retail Office Manager / H.I. Dispenser
With over 20 years of missionary service in Africa, God has molded my desire to serve and help others. I will listen to your needs and concerns. I am also trained in Hearing Evaluations and have access to a wide variety of brands and models of hearing instruments.
I will find a solution to fit you, because I have your best interest at heart.
Salim Amin – Head Repair Technician
I have been Hearing Haven's lead repair technician since their inception, and have been working with Bob Bare for a number of years.
I have worked for several large hearing aid manufactures, and have been factory trained in the diagnosis and repair of multiple brands and models of hearing aids.
Chelsea Bare – Office Manager / Director of Media
As a wife, a mom (of three young children), and a hearing aid user myself, I have been able to personally identify with our patients troubles of not being able to hear properly and the frustration that comes with an uncomfortable aid.

I also film and edit our companies commercials, videos, and DVD's. I believe that God has given us all many gifts, and I am truly grateful to get to use these talents for Hearing Haven.
Clayton Blakeney, M.S., CCC/A – Public Relations Liason
I joined Hearing Haven as one of the audiologists as of June, 2008. I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1997 with a Bachelor's Degree in Speech Language Pathology, and my Master's Degree in Audiology from the University of North Texas Speech and Hearing Program. I previously worked for the Sonus Hearing Institute and the Hearing Diagnostic Center at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas specializing in hearing aid dispensing.
I speak to the staff of assisted living centers throughout the Dallas Fort-Worth metroplex, making them aware of our services and establishing relationships with them.
This is a very important and necessary function, as many assisted living centers are unaware that there are services for their patients hearing health needs, or they do not know where to find them.
We believe that everyone should be given the opportunity to hear the world to the best degree possible.

Maggie Landeros – Shipping/Receiving Director
I ensure that our internet hearing aid repair customers receive any assistance they need.
I also make sure that your hearing aids are delivered to the lab in a timely manner, and that your hearing aids get back to you quickly and safely once the repairs are done.
Gabrielle Luke – Audiologist
After earning my Audiology degree, I worked as a child speech therapist.
Now at Hearing Haven, I provide our customers with hearing assessments, counseling, and hearing health education and recommendations.
Robin Swindle – Medical Billing Specialist
As medical billing specialist, I help qualified recipients receive hearing aids through the Texas Medicaid program. I am responsible for account payments made through Medicaid and insurance companies.
Prior to working at Hearing Haven, I taught eighth grade science. I earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology at University of North Texas and Master's degree in Biology from Baylor University.
Joseph Varughese – Repair Technician / Shell Technician
I am married with two wonderful kids. Some of my favorite hobbies include fishing, watching sports, and eating out.
I have been working in the hearing aid industry for over 20 years. I graduated from DeVry Institute of Dallas, earning an Electrical Engineering Technician Diploma as well as a National Diploma in Engineering from England.
I am one of the Repair Technicians for Hearing Haven and I am also in training to be a certified Hearing Aid Dispenser.
