Follow our shipping tips to send your aid, or visit us at our Houston or North Dallas Audiology and Repair Clinic.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, checks, money orders, or PayPal.

You may send a check, money order, or credit card information with your hearing aids to be repaired.

You may also have us contact you by email or telephone for payment information after your hearing aids have been repaired.

Please remember to fill out the Hearing Aid Repair Form if you haven't already.

If you have a printed copy of the repair form or the verification email we sent when you submitted it online, you can use it as a reference when you proceed to the shopping cart.
