Your hearing aids are returned by the United States Postal Service. You have two options; return shipping by Priority Mail is included at no charge with all hearing aid repairs and reshells. Priority mail takes 3-4 business days.
You also have the option of ugrading to Express Mail for $18, which takes 1-2 business days and comes with a tracking number.
For the safety of your hearing aids please send them in a small, crush proof box or other crush proof container (prescription pill bottles or vitamin bottles work great), packed securely with packing foam or tissue.
Be sure to include, at minimum, your name and phone number. Preferably, we ask that you include a completed copy of our repair order form
