Hearing Aid Repair Warranty
Our repairs come with a 12 month repair warranty, which covers hearing aid component failure.
Hearing aid recases are covered by a 12 month repair warranty plus a 12 month recase warranty. These warranties cover component failures that cause the hearing aid to stop working correctly as well as issues arising from an improperly fitting hearing aid case.
In the case of a component failure we will repair or replace the defective part, and restore your hearing aid to good working order.
What these warranties do not cover is loss of the hearing aid, misuse or abuse or physical damage, such as being stepped on, or chewed on by a pet. We will work with you in such cases to get your hearing aid repaired at minimum cost.
If for some reason a hearing aid becomes un-repairable during the time that it is under warranty with us, such as parts are no longer available to us, we will refund the amount originally paid for the repair or recase.
We realize that hearing aids do break down for a variety of reasons, and we strive to get them repaired and back to you in a minimum of time. Rather than looking for an excuse to not cover an aid under warranty, we try our best to cover any problems you have under the 12 month warranty. We pledge to work with you, and to do our best to keep your hearing aid working. Your hearing well is important to us.
